• dc.description.abstract En els darrers anys, el llenguatge no sexista s’ha fet un lloc en els discursos dels partits polítics. Sens dubte, la CUP (Candidatura d’Unitat Popular) és qui ha trencat més esquemes, amb relació al tractament del gènere. En el seu discurs s’observa l’ús de noms col·lectius, desdoblament i femení genèric amb l’objectiu de fer reflexionar i fer canviar la societat. En aquest article tenim l’objectiu d’investigar de manera exhaustiva els canvis que la CUP ha introduït al seu llenguatge en relació amb el gènere, els motius que hi ha darrere dels criteris de gènere aplicats i, finalment, la coherència del seu discurs no sexista. Per a l’anàlisi, hem recollit un corpus que inclou tant textos escrits (programes electorals, cartells publicitaris i piulades fetes per la CUP) com orals (intervencions al Parlament i intervencions públiques). Pel que fa als resultats, hem observat que l’ús d’un llenguatge no sexista es deu exclusivament a criteris ideològics i que no hi ha uns criteris lingüístics que se segueixin de forma sistemàtica. També hem observat diferències d’ús d’aquest llenguatge segons el gènere textual estudiat, la intenció del text, la paraula escollida o el membre de la candidatura que emet el discurs.ca
• dc.description.abstract In recent years, non-sexist language has cut out a place for itself in the rhetoric of the political parties. Without question, the CUP is the party that has gone the furthest in terms of breaking the mould as to how gender is treated. In its discourse, we see the use of collective nouns, split nouns and the female generic form with the aim of providing food for thought and changing society. In this article, we comprehensively investigate the changes that the CUP has introduced into its language in relation to gender, the reasons behind the gender criteria applied and, finally, the coherence of its non-sexist discourse. For this analysis, we gathered a collection of materials that included both written texts (electoral programmes, advertising posters and tweets from the CUP) and oral statements (interventions in the Parliament and public statements). As far as the results are concerned, we observed that the use of non-sexist language is exclusively due to ideological reasons, with no linguistic criteria followed systematically. We also observed differences in the use of this language according to the textual gender studied, the intention of the text, the word chosen or the member of the party making the speech or statement.en
