Abstract

Analysis of the gut microbiome with Artificial Intelligence techniques in order to discover biomarkers for Parkinson’s disease through differences between the gut microbiome of controls subjects and Parkinson patients, by identifying candidate taxa, gene families and pathways to get insight of some variables that could become important for the early detection of the disease.
