Recogiendo las referencias que la serie revela directamente de su pintura, ofreceremos una lectura de Twin Peaks The Return a través de tres términos deleuzianos: la figura, el fondo y el contorno. Leyendo la relación entre ambas formas (pintura y televisión), seguiremos profundamente el ensayo La lógica de la sensación para intentar entender la conexión entre tales imágenes.ca
- dc.description.abstract This essay seeks to stablish and analize the relationship between Twin Peaks The Return and the work of the painter Francis Bacon. Picking the references to his paintings that the series directly reveal, we will offer a reading through three deleuzian concepts that define the work of Francis Bacon: the figure, the background and the countour. Reading the relationship between this two different forms (television and painting), we will profoundly follow the essay The Logic Of Sensation to try to understand the connection between such images
