This course is aimed at all researchers, although it has a focus on biomedical research. It has six modules. Each of the six modules consists of a short introductory video, followed by a PDF with essential information and further resources about the topic. The topics covered will give you an overview of scientific integrity – what it is, and how to maintain it. You will see that integrity is more than lack of fraud, and that there are many ways in which our work, our research, can be compromised. From data management or unconscious bias, to conflicts of interest and the politics of scientific publications, not forgetting the ethical implications of animal and human research, this course will help you reflect on your own research practices and point you to some resources that can help you make better science.
