Androginia, reflexión teórica ilustrada

Abstract

En la era postmoderna las identidades sexuales han experimentado una amplia diversificación. Las transgresiones sociales suponen la manera de luchar contra el poder hegemónico que establece, entre otros aspectos, el binarismo de géneros. La androginia supone la pérdida de dicha dualidad estando ligada a connotaciones idílicas y resultados revolucionarios. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una reflexión teórica sobre las identidades sexuales y las transgresiones que éstas configuran centrándose finalmente en la androginia. Lo cual, es ilustrado mediante un estudio de caso donde se aprecian diversas consideraciones expuestas teóricamente.At the postmodern age, sexual identities have gone through a wide diversification. Social transgressions are the way to fight against the hegemonic regime that, among other aspects, generates the gender dualism. Androgyny means the loss of such feature as well as the connotation of idyllic and revolutionary meanings. This paper aims to generate a theoretical reflexion about sexual identities and transgressions that are configurated as a result, ending up in androgyny. Which, is illustrated by a case study where some of the aspects introduced on the theoretical part are demonstrated.
