    El presente trabajo consiste en la traducción y el análisis de un informe sobre la falta de mano de obra cualificada en Alemania publicado en 2012 por el Bundestag. A partir del texto traducido se analizan varios problemas léxicos y gramaticales de la traducción entre el alemán y el español.
    This paper presents a translation and analysis of a report about the lack of qualifiedpersonnel in Germany published in March 2012 by the German Bundestag.The problem of the lack of qualified personnel has been very much discussed inGermany during the last years. Due to the current difficult situation of the labour marketin Spain, many Spanish people think about the possibility to emigrate to Germany andare therefore interested in this subject.The objective of this paper is a double one: to offer an exhaustive, detailed andcomprehensible text in Spanish about the lack of qualified personnel and the labourmarket situation in Germany as well as to analyse various translation problems betweenGerman and Spanish.The analysis part of the paper contains a terminological glossary with all specificvocabulary regarding the labour market, demography and politics, as well as definitionsof culture specific concepts. Furthermore, it includes an analysis of two of the mostdifficult grammatical problems appearing in translation between German and Spanish:the formation of compound nouns and adjectives and the versatile modal verb sollen.Both analysis are based on studies of comparative grammar of German and Spanish andcarried out with examples of the translated text, and may serve as a useful model forfurther translations of the same genre.
