- dc.description.abstract El artículo ofrece una síntesis de la historia del “youth work” en España.1 Después de una breve aclaración conceptual, se destacan tres etapas: la primera recoge los antecedentes en el primer tercio del siglo XX; la segunda recorre la etapa de la dictadura franquista; la tercera analiza la transición democrática y la institucionalización del “youth work” en España. A modo de conclusión se aportan algunas reflexiones sobre el impacto de la reciente crisis económica y política en las políticas de juventud y sobre los procesos de acción colectiva.
- dc.description.abstract The article offers a summary of the history of youth work in Spain. After a brief conceptual clarification, three stages stand out: the first one gathers the precedents in the first third of the 20th century; the second one goes through the period of the Franco dictatorship; the third one analyzes the democratic transition and the institutionalization of youth work in Spain. In conclusion, some reflections are provided on the impact of the recent economic and political crisis on youth policies and on the collective action practices of young people.
