This research examines the communication strategies used in campaigns against Child Sexual Abuse (CSA), selecting as case studies the "#NoMeCallo" campaign by Save the Children and "Predestinados" by the Vicki Bernadet Foundation. Using a mixed-method approach, including a systematic review, content analysis, interviews, and focus groups, the study evaluates the campaigns' effectiveness through the Communicative Thresholds Model and specific analysis modules. The results indicate that while these campaigns increase awareness of CSA, their overall success depends on various factors, such as message clarity, audience interaction, and the ability to maintain engagement over time. The research highlights the importance of ethical, socially responsible digital communication. It also stresses the need for continuous evaluation and adaptation to ensure that future campaigns can maximize their impact. Ultimately, the study proposes improvements to enhance public engagement and contribute more effectively to the prevention and awareness of CSA.
