Resum

In this study we analyze the capacity of the democratically elected worker committees (in the absence of trade union representatives in the company) to bring judicial proceedings for collective dismissal.
En el presente estudio se analiza la legitimación activa que tienen las comisiones de trabajadores elegidos democráticamente (en defecto de representantes legales en la empresa), a la hora de interponer una demanda por despido colectivo.
