Abstract

El comentario analiza la reciente doctrina del Tribunal Constitucional en materia de integración de lagunas de cotización en el marco del trabajo a tiempo parcial. Nueva doctrina que supone un discutible paso atrás en el proceso de equiparación de condiciones entre los trabajadores a tiempo parcial y los trabajadores a tiempo completo.The article analyzes the recent doctrine of the Spanish Constitutional Court concerning the integration of gaps in contribution rates in the context of part-time work. New doctrine that is a questionable step backwards in the process of equalization of labor conditions between part-time and full-time workers.
