- dc.description.abstract This paper discusses the implementation of the right to non-discrimination based on gender in the context of internal flexibility measures, and in particular, in relation to cases of geographical mobility. It also delves into the caution that employers must follow when making certain restructuring decisions, to adequately manage potential legal risks in the field of protection of fundamental rights.
- dc.description.abstract El comentario analiza la aplicación del derecho a la no discriminación por razón de género en el marco de las medidas de flexibilidad interna y, en particular, en relación con los supuestos de movilidad geográfica. Profundiza sobre las cautelas que deben seguir los empresarios a la hora de tomar determinadas decisiones de restructuración, para gestionar adecuadamente los riesgos legales potenciales en el ámbito de la tutela de derechos fundamentales.
