La relación entre policía judicial y jueces en la instrucción del procedimiento penal en Sabadell

Abstract

La investigación parte de la relación existente entre Jueces de Instrucción y Policía Judicial en un partido judicial concreto, Sabadell, con el objeto de comprobar si existen disfunciones entre los mismos, y si ellas pueden comprometer las garantías y eficacia del propio proceso penal.The research is based on the existing relationship between investigating judges and the judicial police in a specific judicial district, Sabadell, with the aim of checking whether there are any dysfunctions between them, and whether these could compromise the guarantees and effectiveness of the criminal process itself.
