• dc.description.abstract While different rulings handed down in court have come to recognize the right of predoctoral researchers in training to receive the seniority supplement, other court rulings also handed down in court have flatly rejected this possibility.  In this context, the STSJ of Catalonia of March 15, 2022 addresses the question of whether predoctoral research staff in training have the right to receive or not the seniority supplement, more colloquially known as the three-year supplement. This commentary analyzes the solution dispensed to this issue by the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia, as well as the arguments on which it is based.
• dc.description.abstract Mientras que diferentes sentencias dictadas en instancia han venido a reconocer el derecho de los investigadores predoctorales en formación a percibir el complemento de antigüedad, otras resoluciones judiciales también dictadas en instancia han rechazado de plano esta posibilidad.  En este contexto, la STSJ de Cataluña de 15 de marzo de 2022 aborda la cuestión de si corresponde al personal investigador predoctoral en formación el derecho a percibir o no el complemento de antigüedad, más coloquialmente conocido como el complemento de los trienios. En este comentario se analiza la solución dispensada a esta cuestión por el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Cataluña, así como los argumentos en la que la misma se fundamenta.
