• dc.description.abstract This study takes a tour of the legislative evolution that was given to SARS-CoV-2 as an occupational hazard protected by Social Security during the different stages of progress of the pandemic. Specifically, the process that has been followed from its initial consideration as a common contingency to its (quasi) recognition as an occupational disease for a certain sector of the working population is analyzed. In this work, a study of the judicial conflict that this matter has generated is undertaken and the main anomies and legal problems generated by this staggered normative assimilation are pointed out.
• dc.description.abstract El presente estudio realiza un recorrido por el devenir legislativo que la SARS-CoV-2 ha recibido como contingencia protegida por la Seguridad Social en los diferentes estadios de progreso de la pandemia. Concretamente, se analiza el proceso que se ha seguido desde su inicial consideración como contingencia común hasta su (cuasi) reconocimiento como enfermedad profesional para un determinado sector de la población trabajadora. En esta labor, se acomete un estudio de la conflictividad judicial que ha generado esta materia y se apuntan a las principales anomías y problemas jurídicos generados por esta escalonada asimilación normativa.
