Abstract

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia in adults. This project aims to decipher the molecular landscape of CLL using single-cell multiome data (RNA+ATAC) and investigate the relevance of the ZAP70 marker in CLL prognosis. Its high expression strongly correlates with non-mutated IgVH, thus indicating a more aggressive clinical course. Studies show that ZAP70 expression is significantly higher in unmutated CLL, accurately predicting IgVH mutation status in 93% of cases. Additionally, it seeks to identify potential biomarkers associated with disease severity for future predictive and therapeutic studies.
