- dc.description.abstract La cuestión que se analiza en el presente trabajo es la coordinación entre el Registro de la Propiedad y el Catastro Inmobiliario teniendo en cuenta la reforma de la Ley Hipotecaria y la Ley del Catastro Inmobiliario por la Ley 13/2015 de 24 de junio. Se analiza en detalle un aspecto de la reforma: La posibilidad de aportar una Representación Gráfica Georreferenciada Alternativa y la posterior y necesaria validación positiva por parte de Catastro para que esta se entienda coordinada.
- dc.description.abstract The issue analyzed in this paper is the coordination between the Land Registry and the Cadaster taking into account the reform of the Mortgage Law and the Real Estate Cadaster Law by Act 13/2015 of June 24. One aspect of the reform is analyzed in detail: The possibility of providing an Alternative Georeferenced Graphic Representation and the subsequent and necessary positive validation by Cadaster in order to be considered coordinated.en
