  • dc.description.abstract This paper considers the regulation in the UK of dismissals due to economic reasons. It considers the procedures and obligations that ought to be complied with when such dismissals take place, highlighting the distinction between individual and collective dismissals. The paper further considers the remedies available in the event of breach.
