La reinserció laboral de les persones ex presidiàries: tot un repte tant pel col·lectiu com per a tota la societat

    L’objectiu del present estudi és analitzar el fenomen de la reinserció laboral de les persones exrecluses quan inicien el viatge de la vida després de la presó. Així, es realitza una introducció teòrica inicial on s’exposa en primer lloc el funcionament actual del sistema penitenciari espanyol, fent èmfasi en el tractament penitenciari en graus i el principi fonamental actual de la individualització científica. Es fa esment també del subsistema penitenciari català. Seguidament, es tracta l’origen del problema, la delinqüència, mitjançant una aproximació a la noció del concepte, així com un desglossament del tipus de delinqüents. A continuació, inicia la base del treball, definint el recorregut laboral dels exreclusos abans del seu ingrés a la presó, observant les característiques personals i socials prèvies a l’ingrés així com altres factors que permetran entendre el desenvolupament de la reinserció futura. Es fa esment a diferents programes de finalitat reinseridora actuals. Finalment, es tracta l’estigma empresarial existent a la contractació d’ex presidiaris, les polítiques dirigides a aquest col·lectiu i, a mode de conclusions, s’analitzen els resultats obtinguts i es realitza una proposta sobre diferents línies possibles d’actuació per tal de millorar aquest problema.
    The aim of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of reintegration into the labor market of ex-prisoners when they begin the journey of life after prison. Thus, an initial theoretical introduction is made where the current functioning of the Spanish penitentiary system is exposed, emphasizing the penitentiary treatment in degrees and the current fundamental principle of scientific individualization. The Catalan penitentiary subsystem is also mentioned. Next, the origin of the problem, delinquency, is dealt with by means of an approach to the notion of the concept, as well as a breakdown of the type of offenders. Next, it begins the basis of the work, defining the work path of ex-prisoners before their entry into prison, observing the personal and social characteristics prior to entry as well as other factors that will allow understanding the development of future reintegration. Different programs with a current reintegrative purpose are mentioned. Lastly, the paper discusses the existing business stigma in the hiring of ex-prisoners, the policies aimed at this group and, by way of conclusions, the results obtained are analyzed and a proposal is made on different possible lines of action to improve this problem.
