This paper focuses on the study of the strong presence of prostitution in the Spanish protectorate of Morocco (1912-1956). Drawing from the premise that a study of this activity in a colonial environment is particularly interesting in light of the fact that it was territory which was divided into various zones during that period: the French protectorate, the Spanish protectorate and Tangier, international city. A historical rapprochement to a colonial presence which had a definitive impact on Moroccan society and that even today evinces the consequences of the policies applied. This issue will likewise be conducive to a trip where brief visits to other Spanish possessions located in the African territory will be made: Ifni, the Sahara and Equatorial Guinea.
