Resum
This study compares the experiences and perceptions of primary health care of respondents who self-identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) with those of respondents who do not. Data were collected through a closed-ended, anonymous online survey in 2018. 468 respondents completed the survey, which included sociodemographic questions, perceptions of respondents' health status, and their primary health-care experiences. Both LGBT and non-LGBT groups were analyzed, comparing differences and similarities by using univariant analysis and contingency tables. Our results indicate that the primary health-care needs of LGBT people in Catalonia include specific requirements that are not currently being addressed.Director i departament
