• dc.description.abstract Aquest projecte de final de carrera té com a objectiu desenvolupar el pla de negoci d’una aplicació mòbil orientada a l’estudiant de l’ESUP. Sota el nom de TTUPF (Time Table UPF), l’aplicació té l’objectiu de facilitar la vida de l’estudiant, permetentli consultar els seus horaris de manera més ràpida i senzilla. Aquest projecte per tant es centra en el pla de negoci, tot i que inclou una descripció de la tecnologia necessària per a desenvolupar l’aplicació. El pla de negoci inclou una explicació del model de negoci, un estudi de mercat i d’investigació, un pla de màrqueting, i la previsió financera del negoci. També un anàlisi de l’entorn i del sector, així com el pla d’operacions i l’organització. El projecte inclou a més un estudi de riscos i d’estratègies de creixement i desenvolupament de l’aplicació. Per tant aquest document és un estudi on s’avalua l’oportunitat de negoci, tenint en compte tots els elements rellevants.ca
• dc.description.abstract This final project aims to develop the business plan of a mobile application /noriented to the ESUP student. Under the name of TTUPF (Time Table UPF), the /napplication aims to facilitate the life of the student,/nallowing him to check their /nschedules more quickly and easily./nThis project therefore focuses on the business plan, even though it includes a /nshort description of the technology needed to develop the application. The business plan /nincludes an explanation/nof the business model, a market study and research, marketing /nplan and the financial forecasts of the business. Also includes an analysis of the /nenvironment and the sector as well as the plan of operations and the organization. The /nproject includes a stud/ny of the risks and strategies for growth and development of the /napplication./nTherefore this paper is a study evaluating the business opportunity, taking into account /nall relevant elements
