• dc.description.abstract Aquí ens ocupem dels discursos teòrics sobre el dret a la feina emesos pels primers socialistes utòpics durant la primera meitat de segle XIX. Més concretament, rescatarem una idea que ens resulta especialment suggerent: la fonamentació iusnatural amb la que van justificar la legitimitat d'aquest dret. Davant aquest objectiu, oferirem una prèvia contextualització adreçada a fer veure la transcendència adquirida pel dret a la feina en aquesta època. Seguidament, incorporem els arguments principals que sostenen aquesta fonamentació iusnaturalista, aturant amb més detall en les aportacions de Charles Fourier, continuant, finalment, amb la reformulació de l'discurs fourerista que van fer altres pensadors de el període.
• dc.description.abstract Here we deal with the theoretical discourses on the right to work issued by the first utopian socialists during the first half of the 19th century. More specifically, we will rescue an idea that is especially suggestive: the natural foundation they gave to this right. Given this objective, we will offer a prior contextualization aimed at showing the importance acquired by the right to work at this time. Next, we incorporate the main arguments that support this iusnaturalist foundation, stopping in more detail in the contributions of Charles Fourier, continuing, finally, with the reformulation of the Fourerist discourse made by other thinkers of the period.
• dc.description.abstract Aquí nos ocupamos de los discursos teóricos sobre el derecho al trabajo emitidos por los primeros socialistas utópicos durante la primera mitad del siglo XIX. Más concretamente, rescataremos una idea que nos resulta especialmente sugerente: la fundamentación iusnatural con la que justificaron la legitimidad de este derecho. Ante este objetivo, ofreceremos una previa contextualización dirigida a hacer ver la trascendencia adquirida por el derecho al trabajo en esta época. Seguidamente, incorporamos los argumentos principales que sostienen esta fundamentación iusnaturalista, deteniéndonos con más detalle en las aportaciones de Charles Fourier, continuando, finalmente, con la reformulación del discurso fourerista que hicieron otros pensadores del periodo.
