Abstract

Given the relevance of social networks today in this end-of-grade project, the Twitter API has been studied in order to develop a desktop application that allows to collect tweets through a search engine; the application, called "Search & Save for Twitter", connects to the Twitter API to download tweets, visualize them and save them in order to extract relevant information from them. This application aims to be easy to use for any user. This report describes the motivation behind this work, the requirements of the project and the technologies used in it.
