- dc.description.abstract This thesis explores the enhancement of PyramidApp, a tool designed to facilitate Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) activities. The research addresses the challenges and opportunities presented by digital collaborative learning environments, with a specific focus on PyramidApp’s application within the Pyramid or Snowball collaborative learning flow pattern. The primary objectives include identifying and resolving technical issues, improving design and workflow, introducing new features, advancing data visualization, and integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities. Through these enhancements, PyramidApp aims to provide a more effective and scalable solution for collaborative learning, leveraging AI-NLP and modern web technologies. The experimental results show notable improvements in user experience and learning outcomes, validating the effectiveness of the proposed enhancements.ca
