Abstract

The present documents are the suplementary materials of the paper published and named "Human-Woodland interactions during the pre-Aksumite and Aksumite periods in NE Tigray, Ethiopia: insights from the wood charcoal analyses of Mezber and Ona Adi" https://doi.org/10.1007/s00334-021-00825-2. They include: 1) List of plant taxa found during analyses, including anatomical descriptions and discussions. 2) Explanation of used indexes. 3) Raw data of taphonomical alterations found throughout the analyses. 4) Results of representativty curves, including quantitative, qualitative and Gini-Lorenz curves. 5) Raw data of taxonomical results registered during analyses.
