Abstract

The tumor microenvironment (TME) plays a key role in the initiation and progression of High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer. For this reason, its characterization would increase our understanding of this disease and the development of new targeted treatments, eventually improving the outcome of patients. We present a novel data-driven analysis that integrates spatial transcriptomics and single-cell data to characterize the structure and the interaction between cancer cells and the cells populating the TME in non-treated and treated patients with chemotherapy.
