Key aspects in the use of academic databases and generative artificial intelligence in academic works in the light of ethics and critical thinking. Review of how to use Scopus and Web of Science. Discussion aboutthe intervention points (loci) of databases and artificial intelligence systems: introduction, theoretical framework, state of the art, methodological framework and discussion. Review of six main points of work with artificial intelligence systems: sources, attribution, verification, linking, search spaces, privacy. Presentation of the main phases and procedures for the use of generative artificial intelligence for academic work. Characteristics of AI systems for academic use. The problem of attribution as a new source of plagiarism, voluntary or involuntary. Evaluation: variables, phases and procedures.Collections
