Abstract

This is one of the first sentences in which the courts apply the new regulations of article 86.3 of the Statute Workers. The High Court will consider that the higher-level agreement shall apply in matters regulated by it. Regarding matters not covered in the higher agreement, considers that the exhausted agreement remains effective while negotiations continue.
