Web 2.0 has facilitated the entrance of consumer participation in the creation and improvement of new consumer products. Companies themselves have developed different tools from which have managed to work with their potential consumer./nFrom these tools, they can collect and interact with their users and consumers. From this new trend, organizations have the ability to know what the costumer really needs, how to get it and do it together with the consumer.
