Abstract

The pandemic impact, the lack of customer experience, the rise of delivery and take away together with sustainability and social caring have motivated this project. Through an environmental analysis and the Design Thinking methodology, a business model has been developed that responds to the described environment. We Design Eat was born as a social enterprise of sustainable and customisable packaging for take away and/or delivery of renowned restaurants in Catalonia with the main objective of reducing the environmental impact of packaging and improving the experience of the consumer.
