El artículo, tomando como referente la sentencia de 22 de diciembre, efectúa un estudio crítico y propone elementos interpretativos alternativos.This article analyze the consequences of the termination of the extended validity in the new article 86.3 of the Statute of Workers regarding the rights and obligations contained in the collective agreement. The article, taking as reference the judgment of the Supreme Court December 22, 2014, performs a critical study and proposes alternative interpretive elements. | |
