Abstract

Increasingly, workers use their own vehicle to travel to their place of work, which leads to an increase in accidents (in Latin is called in Itinere). Throughout this year, the total number of occupational accidents was of 142,004. Of this number, 122,944 occurred during working hours and 19,060 accidents were on route(Source: Data from the Ministry of Labor). This work leads to one term analysis on the accident on route, which is to delimit the basic elements constitute accident to later configure concurrent elements of the accident on route. According to the jurisprudence of the last years, the term has generated controversies while traveling on the basis of its determination is difficult. Finally, in view of the high accident rate of traffic accident, it proposes the conclusion of the first external transport service that guarantees the arrival of employees, allowing the company a reduction of cost and production for accidents, better image of the company and improves the environment.
