Abstract

The idea was motivated by my curricular internships at Foods for Tomorrow, where I developed a personal interest in the sustainable development of society. The project’s objective is the definition of a retail format that addresses the needs and challenges faced by both the company and the consumers. The project’s methodology was based on the statement of a first proposal, its testing through focus groups and interviews and the assessment of a final proposal. The project includes an internal analysis of the company and the plant-based industry, as well as the analysis of the consumer’s profile, and of the retail models. Finally, it addresses the economic viability of the proposal.
