  • dc.description.abstract The aim of this project is to examine how the performance of a wireless network in a zone is being influenced by its neighbours and, if so, modify their configurations to improve its efficiency. To be able to do it, we are going to analyse in a passive mode the traffic from a set of WLANs to extract relevant information to know their functionalities, and the efficiency of each Access Point detected. Once obtained, we use a program to organize all the data and obtain the correlation between each pair of devices to decide if the activity of one of them is influencing the other one. In addition, this tool will give us other important information with respect to the network. With all these results you can establish changes in the Access Points configurations so they operate in their maximum efficiency.en
