- dc.description.abstract RESUMEN Este artículo se centra en el papel desempeñado por el sociólogo brasileño Alberto Guerreiro Ramos en el análisis de los procesos de transformación de Brasil como sociedad latinoamericana, acompañando el proceso de construcción tanto del Estado como de la Nación y cuestionando los fenómenos sociales tanto en América latina como en Brasil. ABSTRACT This articles focuses on the role played by the Brazilian sociologist Alberto Guerreiro Ramos in the analysis of the transformation processes in Brazil as a Latin American society, in following the construction process of both State and Nation, and in questioning the social issues both in Latin America and Brazil.
