Tishat Ltd., a new garment sourcing agency in Myanmar, which offers reliable, fast and high quality sourcing services wants to become one of the first players in the market and by benefiting from its first mover advantage. The following thesis contains a country analysis, which illustrates the risks and benefits of doing business in Myanmar. Furthermore, an operational plan is elaborated in order to present the main activities of the company.
