Gener Mariano, Benjuilyn2017-04-042017-04-042016http://hdl.handle.net/10230/30786Treball de fi de grau en Traducció i InterpretacióIn the field of science and technology, most of the publications are made in English. As a result of this situation, there is a great demand of translation work where the involvement of a specialized translator is required. This is the discipline of translation I have been specializing in during my degree and it is a possible future career. The main purpose of this academic paper is to simulate a real project with the translation into Spanish of the review article Developments in H/V-J immunotherapy and therapeutic vaccination. This article is interesting from my point of view, because it is written in a high register and contains a lot of specialized terms that I have to express in the target text. To elaborate this project, l established a systematic methodology which can be useful for my translation practice in the future. It is composed by a first terminology extraction, a subsequent translation and a final analysis. The analysis is one of the most important parts of this paper apart from the translation in it-self, because I recollected a detailed list of the main translation problems I had to overcome to produce a final high quality product. At the end of this academic work I believe I have reached all my main objectives, which were to expand my knowledge of the scientific field and acquire new abilities in translation and documentation. I have also realized the great importance of the experience and knowledge of the translator to produce a quality work.application/pdfspaAtribución-NoComercial-SinDerivadas 3.0 EspañaAnglès tècnic -- Traducció al catalàMedicina -- LlenguatgeTraducción comentada del inglés al español de Developments in HIV-1 immunotherapy and therapeutic vaccinationinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess
