In response to the growing need to optimize these processes, AI emerges as a key tool to improve efficiency and accuracy in personnel hiring. Recruitment and selection have been chosen as the focus due to their relevance in all companies, as every business is involved in these processes, providing a significant opportunity for software development that integrates AI. The primary goal of this study is to design the structure of such software, addressing the needs identified through interviews with companies from various sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, and technology. These interviews helped identify the key functionalities and features that need to be implemented. In conclusion, the study highlights the immense potential AI has to transform this process, improving the experience of both the candidate and the employer.
