dc.description.abstract El rebranding per a Índia Mon Amour té com a objectiu principal renovar la identitat de la botiga per fer-la més competitiva i rellevant en el mercat actual, mantenint la seva essència basada en oferir productes exclusius i de qualitat, així com un tracte personalitzat. L'estratègia, dirigida a l'exercici de 2025, busca fomentar el comerç local i mantenir les clientes actuals de la marca mitjançant accions online i offline per augmentar-ne la fidelització. Amb aquesta estratègia, es pretén reforçar la imatge d’Índia Mon Amour i convertir-la en una referent de les concept stores a Sitges. Aquesta proposta aspira a dotar la botiga d'una identitat renovada i atractiva, assegurant la seva competitivitat i rellevància a llarg termini.
dc.description.abstract The main objective of the rebranding for India Mon Amour is to renew the shop's identity to make it more competitive and relevant in today's market, while maintaining its essence based on offering exclusive and quality products, as well as a personalised service. The strategy, aimed at the 2025 financial year, seeks to promote local commerce and maintain current customers through online and offline actions to increase customer loyalty. With this strategy, the aim is to reinforce the image of India Mon Amour and make it a referent for concept stores in Sitges. This proposal aims to provide the shop with a renewed and attractive identity, ensuring its competitiveness and relevance in the long term.
