This is a concept that can help in the development of devices for Internet of Things, and these devices are the key in the creation of the Smartcities. The aim of this project is to integrate Bluetooth Low Energy communication on LizardOS platform. The scope of the project comprises the research of the new Bluetooth 4.0 specifications, the programming of the Bluetooth communication chip, the development of a driver to integrate it on LizardOS and finally testing it using an Android application on a mobile device.
