El propósito de esta comunicación es analizar el estado actual de los periódicos digitales, prestando
especial atención a la adaptación de éstos al entorno de la Web 2.0. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo se
han estudiado, entre otras, las siguientes variables: el tipo de herramientas propias de la Web 2.0
que los periódicos digitales han incorporado a sus sitios web, la forma en que éstas ha cambiado el
proceso de creación de los productos periodísticos, la respuesta que los periódicos digitales han
recibido por parte de la audiencia y el nuevo tipo de interacción creado con los usuarios.
The aim of this paper is to analyze the current state of online newspapers, focusing on their adapta
tion to the Web 2.0 scenario. To carry out this work, we have studied several variables like: the sort
of tools that online newspapers have added to their websites from the Social Web, the way these
tools have changed the creation process of newspaper products, the feedback online newspapers
have gotten from their audience, and the new type of interaction between online newspapers and
their users.
